Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. It is important to note that we do not accept returns for ‘change of mind’ purchases. However, we do accept returns for any of our products, should they not meet our promised, product requirements. In this event, we accept returns and/or exchanges for products that are still in the condition they were purchased in; provided a claim is made within 7 days of the package arriving. Your refund will include the full purchase price; excluding shipping costs. You are held responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges, for the return and/or exchange of your purchase. No returns or refunds will be accepted after the 7 day period has lapsed.
